
Assistant Professor
Marina Eleftheriadou is an Assistant Professor of International Relations and Contemporary International Politics at the School of Political Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is also the Research Director of the Centre for Mediterranean, Middle East, and Islamic Studies (CEMMIS). She has served as a Research Expert at the Centre for Religious Pluralism in the Middle East (CRPME), as part of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ initiative on religious pluralism in the Middle East, and as a research associate at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute (EUI). Her research focuses on the role of violent non-state actors in international politics.
